Paris Hilton is prepared to risk prison in the name of hedonism after the Sheriff of Malibu banned all parties on the legendary beaches outside her ocean front home.

California knows how to party, but Leroy Baca, 66, has decided revellers can no longer turn his Pacific paradise into a Babylon.

Paris, 27, queen of 24- hour party people, forked out £8million to buy a pad right next to the billowing sands and planned to throw an extravaganza for Labor Day, next Monday.

But she’s been told in no uncertain terms that if she breaks the embargo, she will face charges and possibly prison.
